1. Reservations

Reservations may be made directly with Villa Nindot or through third-party booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, or other online travel agencies.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once the guest has received written confirmation from Villa Nindot or from the relevant booking platform.

For direct bookings, Villa Nindot full payment to secure the reservation.

For bookings made through third-party platforms, the payment, cancellation, modification, and refund conditions displayed on the platform may also apply.

  1. Rates and Payment

Rates are displayed according to the booking channel used.

Rates may vary depending on season, availability, villa type, length of stay, promotions, and booking platform.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, rates include accommodation only. Additional services, food, beverages, minibar consumption, transport, special requests, damages, or extra cleaning may be charged separately.

Villa Nindot reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming a reservation.

  1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings, the cancellation policy depends on the rate selected at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Non-Refundable Rate
The booking cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The full booking amount remains payable in the event of cancellation, early departure, or no-show.

Standard Rate – 14-Day Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Flexible Rate – 5-Day Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Early departures are treated as a cancellation of the remaining nights. No refund will be issued for unused nights after check-in, including in the event of an early departure, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Villa Nindot.

The cancellation policy applicable to each booking will be clearly indicated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation.

As a small boutique property, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our operations. We sincerely thank guests for their understanding.

For bookings made through third-party platforms, the cancellation policy displayed on the relevant platform at the time of booking will apply.

  1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.

  1. Adults-Only Property

Villa Nindot is an adults-only property designed for peace, privacy, and relaxation.

Only registered adult guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

Children, babies, and minors are not accepted.

Villa Nindot reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate a stay without refund if this policy is not respected.

  1. Maximum Occupancy

Each villa is designed for a maximum of 2 registered adult guests.

The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Additional overnight guests are not permitted.

  1. Visitors

To preserve the privacy, security, and peaceful atmosphere of the property, unregistered visitors are not allowed inside the Villa Nindot complex.

Only guests included in the confirmed reservation may enter and use the property facilities.

Villa Nindot reserves the right to refuse access to any unregistered person.

  1. Peaceful Atmosphere

Villa Nindot was created as a calm and intimate retreat.

Guests are asked to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property, neighbouring villas, staff members, and the local community.

Parties, loud gatherings, disruptive behavior, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Soft noise levels are appreciated after 10:00 PM.

Villa Nindot reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in case of behavior that disturbs other guests, staff, neighbours, or the property.

  1. Respect for Our Team

Guests are expected to treat all Villa Nindot staff with kindness, courtesy, and respect.

Abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward staff members may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  1. Care for the Property

Guests are asked to treat the villa, furniture, linens, decorative pieces, appliances, equipment, pools, and facilities with care and respect.

Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, negligence, misuse, excessive staining, or missing items may be charged accordingly.

Guests should inform Villa Nindot as soon as possible if something is damaged, broken, or not working properly.

  1. Damages, Missing Items & Extra Cleaning

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, excessive cleaning, or missing items caused during their stay.

This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, linens, towels, robes, appliances, pool equipment, remotes, keys, decorative items, and villa amenities.

Villa Nindot reserves the right to charge the guest for repair, replacement, labour, or additional cleaning costs.

  1. Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

A cleaning fee of PHP 10,000 may apply in case of smoke odour, damage, burn marks, or deep cleaning requirements.

Smoking may only be allowed in designated outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

  1. Pool & Facilities

Guests are invited to enjoy all facilities mindfully and responsibly.

Each villa includes a private pool, and guests may also access the shared oceanfront pool and common areas.

Pools and outdoor facilities are used at the guest’s own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

For pool use, guests must use the towels provided on the bed.

Bathroom towels are reserved for indoor use and must not be brought to the pool or outside the complex.

Villa Nindot may temporarily close pools or facilities for cleaning, maintenance, safety reasons, weather conditions, or operational needs.

  1. Food, Beverages & Minibar

Selected food, beverages, breakfast options, and minibar items may be available during the stay.

Minibar consumption and additional food or beverage orders are charged separately unless clearly included in the booking.

Guests are responsible for settling all additional charges before check-out.

Availability may vary depending on season, supply, local conditions, and operational requirements.

  1. Kitchenette Use

Each villa includes a small kitchenette intended for light use, such as preparing coffee, drinks, or simple snacks.

The kitchenette is not intended for heavy cooking, strong-smelling food preparation, or any use that may cause safety risks, excessive cleaning, or damage.

Portable cooking equipment, gas burners, or similar appliances are not permitted unless approved by Villa Nindot.

  1. Drones & Commercial Content

To preserve privacy and tranquility for all guests, the use of drones is not permitted at Villa Nindot.

Professional photo shoots, commercial filming, organized content production, influencer collaborations, advertising content, or brand productions require prior authorization from management.

Villa Nindot reserves the right to refuse or stop any photography, filming, or content production that has not been approved in advance.

  1. Personal Photos and Videos

Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos during their stay, provided they respect the privacy of other guests, staff members, and private areas.

Photos or videos of other guests, staff, or private spaces must not be taken or shared without consent.

  1. Nature & Island Environment

Villa Nindot is located in a tropical island environment where elements of nature are part of the experience.

Despite our best efforts, occasional insects, geckos, mosquitoes, weather variations, tropical humidity, salt air, or temporary utility interruptions may occur.

These natural island conditions do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.

Guests are encouraged to use water and electricity mindfully to help preserve the natural beauty of Siquijor.

  1. Safety & Personal Belongings

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

While Villa Nindot always does its best to provide a safe environment, Villa Nindot, its owners, and staff cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten items.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure and to lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.

  1. Internet, Electricity & Utilities

Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and other utilities may occasionally be affected by island infrastructure, weather, service provider issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Villa Nindot will take reasonable steps to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

Temporary interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.

  1. Force Majeure

Villa Nindot cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control.

This includes, but is not limited to, ferry cancellations, weather conditions, transportation delays, internet outages, power interruptions, water supply issues, natural events, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such situations, Villa Nindot will make reasonable efforts to assist guests and reduce inconvenience where possible.

  1. Right to Refuse or Terminate a Stay

Management reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a stay in cases of:

  • Inappropriate behaviour
  • Violation of house rules
  • Illegal activities
  • Unregistered visitors
  • Excessive noise or disturbance
  • Damage to the property
  • Abusive behaviour toward staff
  • Actions negatively affecting other guests, staff, neighbours, or the property

In such cases, no refund may be provided.

  1. Personal Data & Privacy

Villa Nindot may collect and process personal information necessary to manage reservations, guest communication, payments, check-in, legal obligations, safety, and service improvement.

This may include name, contact details, booking details, identification documents, payment information, preferences, and communication history.

Personal data is handled with care and used only for legitimate business, legal, operational, or guest service purposes.

Villa Nindot does not sell guests’ personal data.

Certain information may be shared with booking platforms, payment providers, legal authorities, or service providers when necessary to complete a reservation, comply with the law, or provide services.

The content on the Villa Nindot website is provided for general information, communication, and booking purposes.

Villa Nindot makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and updated, but details such as rates, availability, services, photos, menus, policies, and offers may change without prior notice.

All photos, text, branding, logos, and website content belong to Villa Nindot or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reused, modified, or distributed without written approval.

  1. Third-Party Booking Platforms

The Villa Nindot website may contain links to third-party booking platforms, maps, payment providers, social media pages, or other external services.

Villa Nindot is not responsible for the content, policies, errors, payment processes, or practices of third-party websites.

When booking through a third-party platform, guests are also subject to that platform’s own terms and conditions.

  1. Complaints and Guest Concerns

If guests experience any issue during their stay, they should inform Villa Nindot as soon as possible so the team has an opportunity to assist and resolve the matter.

Villa Nindot will handle guest concerns in good faith and will aim to find a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.

Complaints made only after check-out may be more difficult to investigate or resolve.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Villa Nindot may update these General Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on the website at the time of booking or stay will apply, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Guests are encouraged to review these Terms before making a reservation.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute shall first be addressed through direct communication with Villa Nindot in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in the Philippines.
